Two jewels in the neighbourhood:
the city of Montone and the Rocca d'Aries

A few kilometers far from Coloti it is possible to visit the city of Montone – beautiful, lively, genuine, hospitable – and the Rocca d'Aries – ancient fortress situated on a panoramic location at the height of 520 metres (1700 ft.) a.s.l., which has byzantin or longobard origin (approximatively VI-VII sec.) and was, by tradition, the house of Braccio Fortebraccio family.
